Nandha Vadakkeppatte

Nandha Joined NHC Australia in June 2001. Up until the time of the new appointment as CEO of Hearing Care India, Nandha has been the state Manager for New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory business which comprises 24 clinics spread across the state. Under Nandha’s leadership NSW has continued to grow both in terms of size and profitability and the reputation of the business is second to none. Prior to taking on the state Manager’s role, Nandha was the Audiology Development Manager for NHC Australia . Before joining NHC, from 1997 to 2000 Nandha was the Principal of Dr. M V Shetty Institute of Speech and Hearing at Mangalore in India. He has also held positions with the same Institution as Head of Audiology and Asst. Professor. He has also been a member of board of examination for Rajiv Gandhi University, Mangalore University and Mysore University. Nandha holds Bachelors and Masters degree in Audiology from All India Institute of Speech and Hearing , India.

Kulwant Singh Hora
Chief Financial Officer
Kulwant Singh Hora is the Chief Financial Officer of Hearing Care India having joined the organisation in September 2009.He has over 15 years experience working in operational & financial roles with public listed companies in the Manufacturing, FMCG ,Real estate & ITES sector. Before joining Hearing Care India, Kulwant was the Assistant Vice President (F&A) at Encore Capital Group, Gurgaon. Prior to Encore, Kulwant was the Financial Controller for UK Capital Investments Group, Delhi. Prior to that he has worked for Archies Ltd. & Fena Pvt. Ltd. Kulwant has been focussing on determining financial objectives ,conceptualizing and implementing financial policies & procedures and establishing process to ensure fiscal control.

Sheeja Govindan
Audiology Manager
Sheeja is the Audiology Manager for Hearing Care India and has been with National Hearing Care Australia since June 2001. Sheeja’s present focus is on training the entire Audiology & Customer service team, implementing clinical protocols and quality assurance. Prior to joining National Hearing Care, Sheeja worked as Lecturer for Dr M V Shetty Institute of Speech and Hearing, India for four years. Sheeja holds masters degree in Audiology and Speech from All India Institute of Speech and Hearing.
